Orlan Expedition Theme #3: The Humming Jungle
Kiwi:
We’ve left the coastline. After getting through the newly-named Mighty Steppe, we reached a northern beach that was nothing but sand, cold water, and cold wind. We spent a day trying to get through that, and not everyone has the paw support I do for walking in loose sand. We watched the sea for any signs of pokémon, with no luck. It makes sense. We don’t know what’s out there or how big the continent is—following the coast is the smart move. There’s also an espeon up in the Thunder Cliffs, moving to stay with us—she’s Coronet’s telepathic link back to the Kingdom for as long as they can reach each other. He’s reading her my logs in the evening, after I finish writing them. Things are different out
